Car balance changes for Noob's ProStreet Handling Overhaul
------------------------------------------------------------------------

// Grip mode

FWD vehicles:
All of the FWD vehicles are modified to behave a bit more realistically under throttle.
Driving with them should be a better experience all around.

Classic muscle cars:
They done dirty to these cars. Everything about them except for their drag performance sucks,
or straight up broken. I mostly managed to fix their gear ratios, 4 speed and 6 speed works great but
5 speed has a rather long final gear. I also fixed their broken force induction upgrades. They got a heavy
yet capable handling, their suspension and cornering abilities are a lot better.

McLaren F1:
Rebalanced the handling and the power output of the car, and I gave a high wheel spin at low speeds.
It's still op, but you need to drive it like the other cars in the game, not like a most wanted car.

Koenigsegg CCX:
Rebalanced the handling and the power output of the car. It's much more menacing and nerveous all
around, you need some skill to actually drive it.

Aston Martin DBR9:
DBR9 had a somewhat awkward handling. I got rid of it's awkwardness and made it stable and
precise like a proper race car should. Now it handles like a dream, it lowkey slaps.

Aston Martin DB9:
Like DBR9, DB9 had an awkward handling too. Car handled a bit weirdly and it snapped into an uncontrollable spin pretty easily. Now it's far more stable and predictable, far more enjoyable to
drive now. It somewhat resembles the DBR9, but it's much more loose.

BMW M3 E96:
This car was severely underwhelming for a king car, so i changed the handling of it
to make it better for the grip races. Now it should perform around the same level as Mazda RX-7.

Porsche Carrera GT:
Carrera GT was a good but an odd car, it was too heavy and stable for a car like that. So, I decided to
give it a suspension that is not bouncy and more competent. Increased it's handling capabilities and
gave it a much more menacing feel, you will spin if you're not careful.

Nissan GTR:
It was overall felt weird and underpowered for no reason.
So I decided to give it more power and a much more weighty and polished handling to it.
Also modified the suspension to be more stable at speed challenges. Now it shreds the pavement!

Audi R8:
I really don't know why this car is this underwhelming. I gave the power it deserves
and buffed it's handling as well. I decided to make it a bit more oversteery since it's a mid engine car.
Also touched up the suspension to be more stable at speed challenges, R8 now shreds at speed events.
(Sadly we don't cover Nevada on our warranty)

Audi S4 and RS4:
For some weird reason they gave S4 really good values and RS4 is fucked up in so many ways. So,
I didn't had a choice but to bring down the hammer upon the Audi S4. I had to play the villain this time
folks, but the tradeoff is a better RS4 that doesn't screw around anymore. So, don't cheap out at the car lot :)

Ford Escort RS Cosworth:
I decided to buff this car, since it was dreadful to drive in many ways. Especially that horrible suspension
Really ticked me off in speed events. I gave it a better handling, improved suspension, and a bit more
power. It feels very nice to drive now!

Honda S2000:
I buffed the overall handling capabilities of this car. It's not as awkward to drive anymore.
It's also nice to drive in speed challenges. But overall, It probably became too stable for an s2000 lol.

Ford GT:
Added a slight low speed wheel spin, with minor handling alterations.

Pagani Zonda:
Added a slight low speed wheel spin, with minor handling alterations.

Bugatti Veyron: This car drives like shit no matter what i do to it. I did my best.

// Drift mode

Not much is changed apart from base handling.

// Speed challenge

Grip mode values are used with the custom suspension. Changes from grip mode is carried over to the speed challenge.
